**Field Operations Manager - Project Manager**
- Oversees the management of the completion of all customer landscaping and hardscaping project plus 60+ snow removal contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Manage daily field operations in accordance with company policies to ensure that crews meet stated goals through efficient use of time, man-power, equipment, and materials.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Monitors and evaluates laborers performance annually.
- Performs quality control checks of job specifications at work sites
- Supervises and trains field crew laborers.
- Provide hands-on training in proper installation, specifications, operation of equipment, safety, and quality standards.
- Plans each job and each work day, communicates the plan to the laborers and Partner.
- Motivates crew to ensure that work is completed within the estimated hours, and meeting quality standards.
- Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to crew members regarding work performance.
- Discuss with Owner if any disciplinary action needs to be taken or if HR consultant should be contacted to advise.
- Accurately clocks crew hours by task daily in LMN time clocking system.
- Communicates with Owner regarding status of jobs, any change orders, etcin order to communicate updates to clients, designers, architects, engineers and any others necessary on the project.
- Take necessary steps to keep jobs on schedule.
- Discuss with Owner any accidents that occur immediately to decide appropriate action. Fills out accident reports the same day of accident with owner.
- Purchases job-specific supplies when needed and obtains receipts. Returns receipts daily to the office.
- Notifies Owner of any supplies, materials or equipment needs to be sourced for pick up or ordered for delivery to jobsite.
- Sells and promotes our services by maintaining an organized job site, communicating and acting professionally, and performing high-quality work, and conducts final walkthrough at the end of the job with the client.
- Oversees and manages crews upon arrival and leaving the garage and throughout the day, making sure operating procedures are followed.Ensures that jobsite progress photos are uploaded on a daily basis to Company Cam software and sent to clients when appropriate.
- Work with Owner to ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of company HR, health & safety policies.
- As necessary, adjust crew composition to meet scheduling demands.
- Oversee and manage field staff every morning at the garage, ensuring that crews leave in a timely fashion, ready to complete their day's goals.
- Recruits new field employees and approves new hires with Owner

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects from conception to completion
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications

**Skills**:

- Hardscaping: Experience in installation and repairs for hardscaping including paver patios, walkways, driveway, steps, etc...retaining, sitting and decorative walls, firepits, borders, etc...plus drainage installations in yards including piping, french drains, drywell chambers, etc...
- Lawn care: Experience in maintaining lawns, including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Supervising: Ability to oversee a team of workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Tree care: Knowledge of tree maintenance practices such as pruning, trimming, and removal.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team effectively and make decisions that align with project goals.
- Landscape maintenance: Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques such as planting, mulching, weeding, and watering.
