ESC Departmental Support:

- are sorted for delivery;
- Generate invoices for facility users through rSchool;
- Credit card reconciliation for business, facilities and special education;
- Manage online sale of district assets;
- Purchase ESC supplies;
- PO entry and invoice coding;
- Document scanning;
- Budget entry;
- Process student record and IEP requests;
- Oversight of special education transportation including routing, field trip requests and alternative transportation;
- Medicaid management and billing;
- McKenny Vento billing;
- Process student intradistrict transfer requests;
- Process student suspension letters;
- Performs various department specific administrative support tasks;
- Complete all other duties as assigned.

**Education**:

- Required - High school diploma or its equivalent; Associates Degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service minded approach when working with parents, staff and students.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently, problem solve and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relating to all business, personnel and school district matters.
- Commitment to professional standards and ethics.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, members of
- the community and Board of Education.
- Ability to utilize new and existing technology effectively. Advanced working knowledge of computers including, but not limited to, utilization of
- knowledge of standard office equipment.
