The **Business Operations Executive** is responsible for engaging with our internal team and clients for services including project setup, data management, accounts receivable collection efforts, client invoicing, bank reconciliations, and other transactional accounting functions. The Business Operations Executive should be able to manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines, details, and budget requirements. Additionally, the Business Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating with team members to assist and complete internal and client tasks as needed.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
**Team Leader/Mentor**
- Monitor and review monthly billing
- Maintain and manage the processing of accounts receivable
- Processing of accounts payable
- Perform HR Duties to include new hire insurance, and payroll on-boarding
- Assist in training new employees with Ajera
- Direct administrative team to ensure daily/weekly obligations are met
- Monitor monthly department budgets
- Review monthly financials
- Maintaining and overseeing the physical assets owned by KW (Computer equipment, furniture)
- Overseeing the operations of all office facilities
- Monitoring, reviewing, approving, and processing expense reports
- Overseeing administrative staff
- Coordination of new employee hiring
- Create action plans for improving company processes
- Coordinate Benefits Administration
- Organizing and maintaining important company documents

**Ajera Experience (Preferred Not Required)**
- Ability to navigate in the Ajera software with relation to Project Command Center, Client Invoices, Bank Reconsolidation, and Accounts Receivable Collection Tools.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)**
- A business degree or certificate preferred but not required.
- Accounting degree or experience required
- 4-5+ years business-related experience in a similar role
- Ability to learn and use company preferred software used for completing administrative tasks, planning, office communications etc.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate well both written and verbally with teammates and leadership, aligning with company’s phone and etiquette best practices.
- Ability to solve problems and research issues - critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a positive attitude - be resourceful, innovative, and proactive.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to complete a multi-step process and/or task - ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Collaborative and supportive team member
- Ability to create excellent notes - detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Possess familiarity of the AEC industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**SALARY & PERKS**

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
