- Keep the serving area clean and well-organized to maintain a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety, following health regulations and company guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information with enthusiasm.
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of ice cream, toppings, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
