With a 50+ year foundation, The Marvin Group supports all branches of the Department of Defense and allies around the globe on an array of programs and platforms. We support many military prime contractors including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon.

***:
Provide administrative support to the Sales Development Department and the Business Organization. This includes but is not limited to managing customer service inquires and requests for proposals.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Process request for quotes by preparing and developing pricing in response to a request for proposal requirements. Process customer purchase orders into the internal contract database on a daily basis

2. Schedule and organize activities such as proposal meetings, customer visits and conferences

3. Act as a Project Manager for special projects at the request of a VP, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct messaging to support customer engagements

4. Deal with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization

5. Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including Sr. Level Management and staff

6. Receive and distribute all customer inquiries to the proper internal functions

7. Prepare data packages to support a pricing proposal request and audit

8. Monitors and maintains external customer portals and order systems

9. Provides other administrative and project specific support to the Leadership teams

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- BSBA/BBA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of business and/or office administration experience.
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures (MS Office and 365 a plus).
- SAP proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Detail oriented time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build/maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to speak/read/write English.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:

- Medium-to-large office environment
- Fast paced office environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments

**SALARY RANGE**:
Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $66,560 to $ 72,225

**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS**:
There are limited travel requirements for this position (5%)
