Job Overview

At Interdent Sa, we are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established dental front office procedures for opening and closing.
  • Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls on a multi-line system, and execute general administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate patient flow between front and back office by coordinating with doctors and staff.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary documentation, establishing accounts, and creating charts for new patients.
  • Oversee the daily office schedule, manage appointments, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience; dental front office experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer use is required (experience with QSI is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
