Company Overview:
Position Purpose:
The Auditor is responsible for ensuring that all cases are handled in the appropriate way and all clients are called in a timely fashion. They will make sure that staff is adhering to the quality guidelines as set forth by JT Legal Group. They achieve this objective by constantly monitoring the cases, finding missing items, helping with suggestions on improvements and providing feedback to the associates and or management team.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor all cases.

Conducts case audits for each case monitored and has weekly calibration sessions with the team.

Communicates and reports call performance to the appropriate manager / supervisor.

Maintain case monitoring database metrics for all teams.

Provide red flags, problem items to supervisors for associate coaching sessions.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including good grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually.

- 2-3 years of auditing experience

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
