Position Overview:
We are in search of a driven and capable Litigation Specialist in Personal Injury Law with 1-4 years of relevant experience to become a part of our dynamic team. While courtroom experience is not a prerequisite, a solid foundation in litigation, including depositions and discovery processes, is greatly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee personal injury cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Manage pre-litigation activities, including negotiations and settlement discussions.
  • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings and discovery responses.
  • Conduct depositions and engage in mediation sessions.
  • Represent clients in court and manage trials when necessary.
  • Ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
  • Work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Occasionally travel for client meetings or court appearances.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • 1-4 years of experience in personal injury or similar litigation.
  • Experience in pre-litigation settlements and litigation is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a substantial caseload.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
