Magic & Wonder Dinner Theater exists to create wonder for guests from they moment they discover our brand throughout their entire experience at the shows. This 320-seat theater operates from March to December throughout the year with our sales, upper management, and creative teams working year-round.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, develop and maintain the M&W strategies and tactics to have the guest experience wonder before they ever arrive at the physical theater location.
- Represent M&W at various trade/travel shows and professional groups.
- Generate new business and support existing business in all sales channels.
- Establish and manage systems for sales lead generation including direct mail, trade/consumer shows, traditional sales efforts, newsletters, and social media.
- Manage their budget in relation to rolling out new or existing programs.
- Assist in creation and execution of M&W special events.
- Other duties as specified primarily by Director of Sales

**Qualifications and Experience Requirements**
- Leadership - Displaying personal leadership with the ability to initiate and complete strategies while collaborating with other members of the M&W team.
- Interpersonal - Likeability and the ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
- Relationship Building - Effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers.

- Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Organized - Being organized and following a systematic method of performing a task.
- Responsible - Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one’s conduct.

- Presentation Skills - effectively present information publicly.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
