Noble Grounds Coffee Connoisseur

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at Thrive Services Group. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for promoting coffee consumption, educating customers on our company mission and vision, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, and cappuccino, using prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
• Customer Service: Welcome customers, determine their coffee interests and needs, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Inventory Management: Replenish coffee bean supply, stock coffee brewing equipment, and maintain supplies, pastries, and cookies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Follow operating instructions, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing the store, counting and closing the cash drawer, and performing assigned cleaning duties.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 2+ years of coffee or food service experience required.
• Certifications: Maricopa County Food Handler card and ServSafe Food Manager Certification required.
• Skills: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, experience with telephone, office, and point-of-sale software.
