We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Specialist to join our team at Thrive Services Group. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting coffee consumption, educating customers on our mission and vision, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Coffee Expertise: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, and cappuccino, while maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, determine their coffee interests and needs, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Inventory Management: Replenish coffee bean supply, stock coffee brewing equipment, and maintain supplies, pastries, and cookies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Follow operating instructions, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Store Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Cleaning Duties: Perform assigned cleaning duties before, during, and after the shift.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Prior cafe or coffee shop experience preferred.
• Skills: Familiarity with telephone, office, and point-of-sale software, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
