**YOUR TALENT**:

- 7+ years in a data based role with experience managing people
- Ability to build phased roadmaps for the short and mid term
- Strong communication verbally, in writing, and via presentation to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Working knowledge of Azure architecture for data storage, data pipelines, and data analysis
- Proficiency in Advanced Analytics (R, Python, Machine Learning)
- SAP S/4HANA experience is helpful
- A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
- Able to manage, coach and directly develop a team as well as the unique skills of influence at all levels of the organization

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Set priorities for BI and technical teams in support of strategic organizational objectives
- Develop a collaborative relationship with technical and non-technical teams to promote efficiency and effective communication
- Own and elevate the portfolio of business-facing BI: reporting tools, Power BI Service landscape, data literacy resources, etc.
- Drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives in partnership with the Technology organization that optimize time-to-value
- Partner with local and global teams to drive results and reduce redundancy
- Coach and develop a team of direct reports to support conversion of data to insight
