**What will I be doing?**

As an
**Assistant Director of Front Office**

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Managing daily operations of the front office team, including unionized team members and front office leaders.
- Participating in executive meetings to ensure front office operations standards are being met.
- Preparing weekly schedule for front office unionized team members and front office leaders.
- Managing the budget for the front office.
- Conducting proper disciplinary action in the form of coaching and counseling.
- Processing weekly payroll for the front office team.

**$85,000 - $95,000 / annually
