MUST have QuickBooks Online experience
Proficient in Excel with good computer skills
Experience in bank and credit card reconciliations
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable, includes invoicing and collections
Sales tax preparation & processing
401K, Payroll & HR knowledge helpful
Work on special projects as needed
Must be dependable with good communication skills with clients
Must be open to learning new skills and acquiring new knowledge
Good organization skills
Administrative assistance
Experience with event service industry and sales is a PLUS
This position is full time, regular business hours, this is an in-office position, not hybrid
