Requirements:

-Must be Meticulous/Precise with numbers and data analyzing.

-Ideal candidate should thrive in financial accuracy and reporting (account for every Penny-mentality).

-Minimum 2 Years’ experience with QuickBooks Online.

-Experience working in the construction industry a plus.

-Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

-Must be able to follow process’s and add ideas to make the process more efficient.

-1 Years’ experience with MS Word Office.

-1 Years’ experience with Excel (including creating, maintain spreadsheets / data charts/graphs).

 

Responsibilities:

-Oversee all bookkeeping transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and manage the accounts payables and accounts receivables process.

-Work with the general contractor or project manager and provide detailed financial reporting to ensure costs, timeline, and budget of construction projects are accurately forecasted.

-Perform extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting software accurately.

-Update and maintain accurate financial records, contracts, and financial statements.

-Process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and on time and resolve any invoice issues.

-Follow and introduce systems to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
