New customer account setup

Following up with customer quotes and sales orders

Produce Invoicing / Billing

Accounts Receivable experience a plus

Preparing outbound shipments (Domestic & International documents)

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail a MUST

Strong organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to fast-paced work environment

MUST have experience with ERP software Jobboss2(AccountEdge or Quickbooks Helpful)

Bookkeeping skills a plus, not required.

Shipping experience mandatory (UPS Worldship, FedEx, DHL) Domestic & International
