**Job Summary**:
The **Shelter Support Supervisor** provides leadership to Shelter Support Staff and support for participants to ensure we are providing a safe, clean and non-threatening environment to persons experiencing homelessness. This position ensures effective daily operations of the Adult Shelter; sets operating processes and provides guidance on safety, security, rule violations, communications with participants, housekeeping, and maintenance. This role partners with the Program Manager and agency leadership to continuously assess offerings, operations, and identify improvements and enhancements to support our mission in serving the most vulnerable population.

Available Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 4:00pm-12:30am

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience/Certificates/Licenses)**:

- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years experience working in an emergency shelter environment.
- Understanding and knowledge of housing safety concerns.
- Demonstrated proficiency in excellent customer service.
- Must be willing to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- College degree in a related field.
