Job Title: Supervisor

Seacoast Pathways is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure access to resources and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, counseling, psychology).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving service delivery and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
