**JOB SUMMARY**

This position is responsible for the general management and oversight of operations at the clinic. We are looking for a kind and dedicated individual with previous experience working in a healthcare setting. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Implement and monitor processes to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Work with management and staff to develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze office performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue targets and patient satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and engaged in delivering a world class experience for our patients.
- Responsibility for recruitment, hiring, promoting, retention, staff training and continuing education, performance development, performance management, salary adjustments, teammate relations, disciplinary actions, and termination of direct reports.
- Manage, support and train staff members across all locations.
- Travel to off-site locations as needed.
- Travel to Strident Healthcare locations as needed and designated by management.
- Participates in the interview process for new clinical providers and conducts on-site orientations for all new clinicians with assistance of scheduling team.
- Responsible for delivering organic revenue growth and increasing clinic level net income.
- Responsible for maintaining records and data required for clinical audits, chart reviews, site reviews, and compliance.
- Responsible for maintaining staff records including safety and compliance trainings.
- Other operational duties as required, including assisting scheduling with shift coverage for any site in need and after-hours on-call duties as assigned.
- Track metrics and success criteria including ROI for all activities and be able to identify areas of opportunity to grow the revenues and profitability of the clinic.
- Responsible for improving customer satisfaction and patient retention.
- Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and/or procedures proactively; identify issues and implement solutions.
- Identify and implement methods that enable all division teammates to excel in their assigned roles in a team environment; develop and foster a positive work environment.
- Review, analyze, and implement staffing plans that promote the most effective use of teammates.
- Ensure that patients receive timely, courteous, and compassionate care and that their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Follow and implement wage and hour laws, federal, state and local laws and regulations, Medicaid, and legislation affecting employment; ensure compliance with all laws, HIPPA regulations and standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management, with a track record of achieving sales revenue targets and improving patient satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands on experience with accounting and administrative operations
- In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, operations and terminology
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Customer service orientation

**SCHEDULE**
- Full-time position, Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
- Some evenings may be required
