A Day in the Life of the Building of the Future


This is a role that requires onsite presence for access to systems and inventory, which are crucial for the job's demands.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Operational Administrative Support to document and assist ongoing activities
  • Coordinate dispatch of materials and technicians
  • Support Project Managers with coordination and documentation
  • Perform general office duties as needed


Additional responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between Customer and Johnson Controls
  • Manage routine and preventative maintenance
  • Oversee service calls and inventory management
  • Ensure staff meets contractual requirements
  • Provide technical assistance while prioritizing tasks efficiently
  • Handle invoicing and ensure timely documentation
  • Review and report on tickets and projects regularly

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • U.S. Citizen or resident alien
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license with a good record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass pre-employment checks
