**After Care Program Instructor**
Flex has current openings for part-time Instructors in our aftercare programs at Creative Minds International Public Charter. MUST have a passion for “making a difference”. The position is Monday through Friday during the school year-hours are usually 3:00 p.m.6:00p.m. daily but may vary.
**The Program Instructor will**:
- Work well with a variety of groups including fellow staff, school personnel, families, and children.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for our students
- Lead instruction in the program using Flex-approved curriculum and other resources
- Demonstrate effective classroom management techniques
- Communicate effectively with families regarding behavior and daily activities
**Program Instructor Qualifications**:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Have a passion for education
- Comfortable with technology (phone, laptop, etc)
- Perform other duties as directed
- Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree
- Must be able to meet and stay current on state specific licensing requirements

Flex is a rapidly growing, first-in-kind, premier enrichment, before and after-school care and camp provider.
