A chic, classic hotel inspired by the 19th century Goodwin House, Hotel Goodwin is an impeccable mixture of history and modern luxury. We’re a distinctive hotel with a refined signature edge that celebrates the individual style of our guest while offering truly genuine service with the right amount of the unexpected.

**THE PLAYER**

Often a guest's first impression of a property is the result of the Guest Services Representative's skills and abilities. You will provide a variety of guest services while working in the lobby or reception areas of the hotel. The position is challenging, varied and offers the opportunity to work flexible hours and to meet many new people.

**EVERY DAY, YOU WILL**
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments
- Handle & coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals
- Handle guests' concerns
- Offer referral for services and handle requests for information
- Handle and store luggage
- Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours
- Assist other departments as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**YOU WILL BE GREAT AT HOTEL GOODWIN & IRONWORKS HOTEL IF**
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- You have effective conflict management and decision making abilities

**YOU ARE A VARSITY PLAYER IF**
- You have previous experience in customer service

**YOU MUST ALSO HAVE**

U.S. Work Authorization (required)
