As a Customer Service Associate at Wingstop, the individual will be responsible for managing customer orders and facilitating communication with kitchen personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet customers entering the establishment or calling in.
  • Process orders for patrons both in-person and via phone; promote menu items and stay informed about current offerings and specials.
  • Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately; ensure age verification for alcohol sales.
  • Respond to customer questions and provide menu suggestions.
  • Ensure all orders are fulfilled within company time standards.
  • Check that all food items are presented well and verify orders before handing them to customers.
  • Reconcile the cash register at the end of the shift and prepare the funds for the next shift.
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy work environment; keep the Front of House clean and well-stocked.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols; promote a safe working atmosphere.
  • Uphold a professional appearance in line with company uniform standards.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Ensure customers leave with a positive impression of their Wingstop experience.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in using computerized register (POS) systems.
  • Strong cash handling abilities.
  • Professional demeanor, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and accountability.
Additional Notes:
  • Prior experience in cashiering or restaurant roles is advantageous.
  • Food Handler Certification is mandatory.
