- Identifikation und Ausbau von strategisch wichtigen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Leitung der Projektakquise der Senior Consultants
- Ein hohes Maß an Unabhängigkeit bei der Erreichung Deiner Umsatz
- und Rentabilitätsziele
- Beaufsichtigung von Beratungsprojekten, die vom unterstellten Senior Consultant geleitet werden
- Sicherstellung der Qualität und Rentabilität der Projekte
- Überprüfung und Genehmigung der Methodik und des Ansatzes von Projekten
- Funktion als Projektleiter: In und als Schlüsselressource für strategisch wichtige und/oder innovative Projekt
- Ausbau, Förderung und Leitung eines Teams von berichterstattenden Senior Consultants und Projektingenieur: Innen
**Wann Du zu uns passt**:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- 10 Jahre Erfahrung in Eisenbahnprojekten im Zusammenhang mit dem Leistungsspektrum der ESE (Software Engineering, Rail Vehicle Engineering, Assessment)
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Vertriebserfahrung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit verschiedenen Gesprächspartnern
- Beherrschung der MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bereitschaft für mindestens ein Jahr im Ausland zu leben und Lust auf regelmäßige Dienstreisen, auch innerhalb Nordamerikas
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
