Principal IT Consultants, Enterprise Solutions at BCG Platinion are:

  • Managing large-scale ERP projects
  • Restructuring business and IT processes within an ERP construct

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

You Bring:

  • Bachelors or Master degree in mathematics, natural sciences, information technology, business management, or relevant field
  • 6+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
  • Experience in business process design and configuration
  • Previous experience in a management role in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • Experience with the management of decision processes at large organizations
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Confidence and persuasiveness
  • Experience planning and managing medium to large-sized projects
  • Purposeful travel based on client and business needs. Expect 30-50% travel
