**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
Order material for production and service parts.

Order inserts and tools as needed.

Stay in communicate with vendors concerning deliveries.

Coordinate with vendors concerning any outside processing. (i.e. heat treat, plating).

Read prints and routing sheets.

Do year end inventory.

**MINOR RESPONSIBILITIES**

Keep office/desk area clean and organized.

Help with other office duties when co-workers are absent/sick.

Communicate with machine tool operators concerning material in the shop.

Replace paper in printer when empty.

**Educational requirements**
High School diploma

**Preferred Skills**
Must be computer literate.

Must have manufacturing background.

Must pay attention to detail.

Must be dependable not taking off all the time or surfing on the internet.

**Physical requirements**

Must be able to lift parts or boxes. (50 lbs. max.)

Must be able to stand/walk out in the plant for periods of time. (4-6 hrs. max.)

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
