**Member Retention Field Associate**
**Must be located in the state of New York within 50 miles of a PulsePoint office **(this position is not work from home)**
**Schedule: 5 days per week, rotating between Monday-Friday and Monday-Thursday and Saturday**
The **Member Retention Field Associate **is responsible for managing members scheduled to lose Medicaid, FHP or CHIP coverage in the recertification process.
**How you will make an impact**:
- Manages members and recertifies their benefits with the State prior to the member losing coverage.
- Collects delinquent premiums to ensure members do not lose healthcare coverage.
- Completes assigned appointments in a timely manner.
- Creates recertification appointments by home visits from member contact lists.
- Attends recertification events.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 1+ years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences**:
- The ability to work flexible hours and weekends and to pass Marketing Training Program to become certified as a Facilitated Enroller in NY State preferred..
