Overnight Bus Dispatcher

As an Overnight Dispatcher at DH2 Chauffeured Transportation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services during overnight hours. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation logistics to guarantee the timely and efficient delivery of services while maintaining our high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch Operations
- Communicate with the drivers and clients efficiently
- Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during overnight shifts, implementing effective solutions while prioritizing client satisfaction and safety.
- Technology Utilization: GPS, Dispatching Software, Communication Tools
- Quality Assurance
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including reservations, vehicle assignments, client communications, and incident reports.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the dispatch team and various departments within the company to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of DH2 Chauffeured Transportation.
- Monitoring driver logs, keeping records

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in dispatching or a related field, preferably within the transportation industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in utilizing dispatch software and other technology tools to optimize operations and enhance efficiency
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the operational needs of the company
- Fluent in Spanish and English is a must
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Must be at least 25 years old
- At least 5-years of dispatching experience
- Knowledgeable of the Tri-State Area and all airports
- Ability to schedule and manage drivers' schedule

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
