Our focus is on finding the best genetics, from classic strains to new varieties, to deliver exceptional cannabis experiences.
**Role Description**
This is a contract role for a Territory Sales Representative at Dodi. As a Territory Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with retail dispensaries, driving sales and revenue growth in your assigned territory, conducting product trainings and demonstrations, and providing excellent customer service. This role will cover the SoCal territory from Orange County to San Diego.
**Responsibilities**
- Actively promoting and selling the Company's products within the Territory.
- Providing monthly sales forecasts to the Company by the first business day of each month.
- Attain set goals to increase the number of stores carrying our products, increase sales velocity in stores carrying our products to improve re-orders and provide best-in-class customer service to each assigned client.
- Acquire and maintain high level of product knowledge and clearly communicate product details and benefits to wholesale purchasers, retail customers and retail staff.
- Support Marketing and sales in the field by engaging with customers and store personnel to ensure they understand the brand, product details and cannabis market passion. Assist with promotion as needed
- Update accounts with any new product(s) as they are released.
- Educate accounts on products through provided marketing materials and in-store training.
- Manage and build brand awareness with current and new accounts.
- Submitting detailed sales reports and customer feedback as required by the Company.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales with weekly written reports to management detailing all activities.
- Attend sales meetings.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the promotion and sale of the Company's products.
**Qualifications**
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in B2B sales and/or the cannabis industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is preferred
**Compensation**
- This is a commission only contract role
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $1,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
