Volo Internet + Tech seeks an analytic, project-oriented multitasker to serve as Office Coordinator. This team member is essential in supporting both back-end and customer-facing needs while also maintaining the information flow pipeline and activity records. This individual will also work with the Volo office team and technicians to ensure administrative and technical functions' smooth operation.

Must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with the public, including handling stress and critiquing well while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This position is 40 hours/week for the right person.

**Essential Duties**
- Customer Service
- Mail processing of customer payments and vendor invoices daily
- Assess collectability of accounts and propose options to moderate billing disputes
- Accurately generate invoices and statements for customers using QuickBooks
- Oversee in-house processes of monthly statement cycles, automated billing, and late fees
- Ensure customer billing matches documentation with service agreements
- Inventory Maintenance
- Receive, process, and reconcile employee credit card receipts and statements
- Monitor and resupply stock of office and technician inventory items
- Order, track, document, and warehouse order requests, and pull stock for deployments into the field
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure their toolkits are regularly stocked and audited
- Help streamline processes by identifying potential points of failure and develop systems to address those
- Track high-value asset items within the company, and ensure purchase and sale documentation is current and checkout procedures are followed
- Administrative Assistance
- Ensure smooth office operations, including supply stock, filing, and addressing irregularities
- Confirm vendor information is documented and filed
- Putting together financial reports for upper management
- Fact-checking accounting data for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Outstanding customer service skills, including attention to detail, friendly and patient demeanor, and a commitment to follow-up and follow-through
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to recognize patterns or connections to help streamline systems and procedures for optimum efficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Detail-oriented written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multitask several ongoing projects managed across multiple tracking platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Calendar usage
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop
- Must live within 30 minutes of 61802

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
