**Position Summary**

The Federal Surprise Bill review team handles out-of-network claim negotiations.

The primary purpose of the Claim Support Associate is to assist with inventory management which includes tracking and trending and summarizing daily inventory volumes.

As a Claim Support Associate, you will:

- Provide oversight to incoming inventory
- Balance incoming volumes and daily assignments to meet expected turnaround times
- Assist with inventory reports and tracking
- Work collaboratively with all business areas to help achieve team results

**Required Qualifications**
- Data Entry
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and strong work ethic
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledgeable with ACAS systems and EWMP

**Preferred Qualifications**

**Education**

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.45

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
