Position Overview:

SNI Companies is collaborating with a distinguished organization to offer a unique opportunity as a Claims Customer Support Representative for individuals holding an active Property and Casualty license.

Role Responsibilities:

In this dynamic full-time position, you will leverage your administrative expertise while managing inbound communications, demonstrating strong multitasking capabilities, and utilizing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary duties will include processing and adjudicating automotive-related claims, ensuring a professional and efficient workflow.

Work Schedule:

Initial training will be conducted on-site, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for a duration of 5-6 weeks.

Post-training, the role will transition to a hybrid model requiring 3 days in the office, with a 40-hour workweek plus occasional overtime.

The regular schedule will be Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call environment.
  • Active Property and Casualty Adjuster's License for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Technologically adept with the ability to quickly learn new software and internal communication platforms.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in claims processing is a plus.
