**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate all apartment documents, including but not limited to, renewals, move-in/move-outs, re-certifications, and leasing
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Process re-certifications, build / manage credible waiting lists for each unit type - anticipate issues impacting occupancy and financial performance - meet deadlines - work proactively
- Advertise and market vacant apartments to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and manage operating expenses
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance including unit inspections
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations, including marketing property, filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants and enforcing leases

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management including LIHTC & HUD requirements/guidelines is preferred
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Team Leader
- Excellent Communication Skills

We require a valid driver's license, and conduct background screening.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
