Key Responsibilities:
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading maintenance operations for our Affordable Housing property
- Overseeing unit turnovers and ensuring high standards of maintenance
- Preparing for REAC inspections and maintaining compliance
- Utilizing Yardi software for property management and maintenance tracking
- Building and fostering a strong maintenance team

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Manager for properties with 150+ units
- Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent organizational and team-building skills
- Familiarity with REAC preparation and property management software
