**We are currently seeking an Activities Director**
The Activity Director is responsible for planning and executing activities and events for the residents.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Plan and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly events to encourage socialization and resident retention
- Set up and cleanup for all events
- Purchase supplies and giveaways for residents through the reimbursement process
- Contact outside sources to provide additional activities and outings
- Securely store and inventory company property that is used for events
- Assist with monthly newsletters
- Adhere to and enforce all safety procedures
- Collect feedback to gauge the success and impact of the event
- Ensure that events are well-provisioned, the event staff is trained and prepared, and that the event takes place on time and within budget
**Requirements**:
- Experience planning and executing events
- Customer Service experience
- Proficient communication, marketing, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate within established budget
- Ability to maintain rapport with staff and residents
