**Job Title: Accounts Payable Lead**

**Location**: Phoenix, Arizona

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join our finance team.

**Position Overview**: As the Accounts Payable Lead at Lifted Trucks, LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts payable function. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and supporting the financial health of our growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Accounts Payable Team**: Lead and manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- **Invoice Processing**: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Payment Processing**: Coordinate payment runs and review payment schedules to ensure vendors are paid promptly and accurately.
- **Vendor Relations**: Manage relationships with vendors and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- **Expense Management**: Review and approve employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company expense policies.
- **Month-End Closing**: Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the accounts payable function.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports as needed for management and audit purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of progressive experience in accounts payable
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
