Filing and organizing documents.

Assist with closing files and moving closed files to storage.

Assist with distributing the mail.

Assist the attorneys with scanning, printing, and shredding.

Assist where needed throughout the office.

Maintain an Organized Work Environment

:Monday
- Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)

Desired Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional on the phone with a positive attitude
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
Attention to Detail

Pay: $16.00 per hour
