Quality Control Auditor

**The Quality Control Auditor assists the Quality Supervisor in assuring production and quality standards are met for each job order requirements.**

HOURS: 2nd shift

4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Monday - Friday

**Duties**
- Continuous auditing of the work centers to ensure quality product is being produced.
- Assures job order requirements; work instructions and drawings are followed.
- Assures correct quantities and palletization patterns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all audits, and findings.
- Daily input of SPC data information etc.
- Monitors employees and uses independent judgment for decision making in reference to quality of material and product.
- Consistent communication with Operators and Supervisors.
- Manages time, resources, and materials effectively for cost effectiveness.
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks.
- Performs duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to interpret Drawing, BOMs and Manufacturing Process Instructions
- Conducts quality assurance training for manufacturing employees as needed
- Suggest and implement (with Supervisor's approval) continuing improvement measures.
- Implement Quality Alerts Quality Digital Pictures and Check sheets
- Promotes a safe and healthy work environment on all company property to achieve the best working conditions for all employees and visitors
- Physical activity including, but not limited to lifting 50+ lbs, standing and bending for an extensive amount of time.
- Other duties as assigned.
