**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
- Merchandise store weekly
- Meet sales goals, consistently drive revenue
- Continuously motivate staff to meet sales + productivity goals
- Daily, weekly, monthly sales monitoring analysis, inventory management and reporting
- Constantly updating the team on relevant information and sharing reports and analysis information
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, ensure selling staff is educated in all aspects of product knowledge
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:
- 2+ years' Retail supervisor or assistant store management experience
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
- Strong business acumen-use of business analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership and strong problem-solving, multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to establish + maintain strong client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of personalities with the desire to be a team player.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with limited resources and mínimal supervision.
- Ability to travel frequently to other store locations and corporate office.
- Understanding of Beauty and personal care is a plus
- Additional language skills is a plus
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- 2-3 years of hands-on retail experience
- Experience in managing and developing staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in merchandising
- Experience in marketing
