**Position Overview**: As our Equestrian Relations Manager, you'll be the trailblazer connecting Go Rentals with the equestrian community. You'll leverage your experience as a rider, trainer, or equestrian professional to build and nurture strong relationships with riders, trainers, barn managers, competition managers, event planners, athlete & horse services specialists, hunter/jumper channel systems, equestrian center managers, breeders, equine association representatives, and other key stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our services exceed the expectations of the equestrian market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Relationship Building**: Harness your equestrian network to develop and maintain relationships with professionals such as riders, trainers, barn managers, competition managers, event planners, athlete & horse services specialists, hunter/jumper channel systems, equestrian center managers, breeders, and equine association representatives.
- ** Event Management**: Represent Go Rentals at premier equestrian events, ensuring a standout presence and providing top-notch service to attendees.
- ** Guest Service**: Offer personalized, white-glove service to our equestrian clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
- ** Marketing & Promotion**: Collaborate with our marketing team to craft and execute compelling strategies that resonate with the equestrian community.
- ** Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities and provide insights to enhance our service offerings for equestrians.
- Proven experience in the equestrian industry, with a strong network of contacts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for horses and a deep understanding of the equestrian lifestyle.
- 3+ Years of Sales and Business Development Experience Preferred.
- Strong organizational and event management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility to travel and attend equestrian events as needed.
