Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and driven Client Manager to enhance our Environment Solutions team. In this role, you will act as a sales consultant, responsible for nurturing client relationships, generating new business, and optimizing opportunities within complex environmental programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Utilize your existing network to identify and develop new business opportunities that align with Foth's strategic market focus. Actively pursue and secure sales agreements to maintain a robust project pipeline.
- Proposal Leadership: Craft and present persuasive proposals that demonstrate your understanding of client needs and market trends.
- Relationship Management: Establish and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with our services and fostering loyalty.
- Strategic Selling: Formulate and execute strategies to mitigate client risks and address execution challenges, positioning Foth as a reliable partner.
- Project Success: Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery from initiation through completion.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay informed about current and proposed regulations affecting public and private waterfront facilities, ensuring compliance and strategic positioning.
- Strategic Planning: Engage in strategic planning and growth initiatives that align with Foth's market objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and project management support, enhancing our design-build value propositions.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering consulting within public or private sectors.
- Experience with marine, waterfront, coastal, dredging, or resiliency projects is preferred.
