Client Services Manager/administrative Assistant

**About Us**: TDA is a public accounting firm known for our excellence in auditing, tax consulting, and financial advisory services. Our team is currently looking to welcome a Client Services Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the firm, managing reception duties, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and client engagements.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records related to client accounts and firm operations.
- Support accounting staff with administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
**Skills and Expertise**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a public accounting or professional services firm. (Preffered)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
