Horticulture Field Supervisor

Do you love working outdoors, caring for plants, and being part of a fun and passionate team? NatureWorks seeks a talented leader to direct gardening teams to deliver beauty through horticultural expertise. The right candidate for this position will be passionate about horticulture, detail-oriented, love the outdoors, have experience managing people and gardens, and provide exceptional customer service.

Is this the right job for you?

You will need at least 3+ years of experience leading a gardening team. You will also use a company vehicle to visit properties, so you must have a driver's license. In addition, we prefer that you have a professional certification or certificate or the ability to obtain one within one year of employment (i.e., MCLP, MCH, or Master Gardener Certificate). This is a salaried year-round position requiring participation in snow services.
