This role is fully remote and is 20 - 25 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible but prefer M-F,10am - 2pm.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collect and track lien waivers (Primary GC, Subs & Lower Tiers) reconciling all on a monthly basis
- Set up contracts in Yardi
- Manage change order uploads in Yardi
- Manage change order approvals in Yardi
- Assist Subcontractors with billing and insurance questions
- Process weekly invoices for assigned projects
- Update forecasts in Yardi
- Maintain subcontract files on the network
- Assist in project closeout
- Make sure administrative policies and procedures that are currently in place are followed by the Project Team and Subcontractors
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Highly Organized
- Ability to use computer programs: MS Office, Adobe, Yardi, Smartsheets, etc.
- Meet deadlines and adjust as needed.
- Self-motivated
- Team oriented

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of Associate's Degree
- Administrative experience with a General Contractor preferred
- Previous experience in Yardi is helpful but not required
