The Marketing & Digital Media Manager (Manager) will support all of ONE Neighborhood Builders? marketing and communications activities. The Manager contributes to, generates content, and executes projects and campaigns aimed at advancing the organization?s goals.

Situated in the Strategy department and on the Resource Development & Communications team, the Manager works directly on marketing, communications, and fundraising initiatives. The Manager is tasked with increasing awareness of the organization throughout the state, strengthening relationships with core constituencies through effective communications campaigns, and increasing engagement with ONE Neighborhood Builders.

The Manager will need to work collaboratively with team members across the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No staff supervision required. The Manager may direct consultants and, as needed, interns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website

Manage website content including the publishing of organizational updates, news releases, program updates, etc.

Serve as the primary, internal contact for website technical components and managing/working directly with third-party vendors to achieve desired results.

Conduct content audits to review the website regularly, including 404 errors, broken links, and accessibility reports, to fix content delivery issues.

Continuously monitor and analyze website performance, reporting on key metrics, and optimizing for SEO and speed.

Track KPIs to inform marketing activity, analyze SEO, Acquisition, and Retention activities, and optimize key metrics (including traffic, revenue, conversion, and engagement).

Manage/maintain subscription lists by tagging, segmenting, and targeting communications for effectiveness.

Social Media

Develop a unified social media voice and strategy across current institutional channels and evaluate other platforms for potential additions.

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media calendar across multiple platforms to maintain a consistent posting schedule that promotes programs and recognizes stakeholders.

Utilize analytical tools to track and analyze key social media metrics, develop actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends to continuously improve our social media presence.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

Generate compelling content for marketing and communications deliverables primarily including copywriting and graphic design but also photography and video editing/production as needed.

Help to develop marketing campaigns and associated collateral that raise awareness, promote the organization?s programs and activities, and raise funds.

Working with external partners and vendors on projects/tasks including media, public relations firms, and advertising/design agencies.

Coordinate event marketing efforts, including print collateral, promotional items, signage, and event logistics.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications, mass media, public relations, journalism, or a related discipline.

At least two years of related professional experience, which may include full-time work, internships, volunteer work, part-time jobs, and extra-curricular activities.

Demonstrated ability, proficiency, and comfort using social media platforms and launching advertising campaigns.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, XML or other standard web publishing tools.

Familiarity with design software such as Canva and/or the Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and information streams.

Enjoys fast-paced work environment and collaborating with a range of staff and partners.

**Salary range**: $45,000 - $65,500
