Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Create engaging content for email newsletters, landing pages, social media, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including content development, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and execute paid digital marketing efforts, including SEM, social media advertising, display ads, video ads, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and content creators to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing-focused role, with experience working on a team executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, such as WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and SEM strategies.
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns, social media advertising, display ads, and retargeting.
  • Proven ability to create, segment, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience working with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience copywriting for email and social media.
  • Ability to analyze digital marketing metrics and performance data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Strong skills in creating and presenting reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to adapt strategies based on analytics, market trends, and feedback.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools for creating visual content.
