About the Practice:
At River Run Dental Spa in Colonial Heights, VA, our team of dentists and hygienists do everything from dental cleanings to crowns to dentures to tooth extractions. Together we diagnose, treat, and manage our patients’ overall oral healthcare needs. We focus on preventing oral disease whenever possible and pride ourselves on quality routine dental care.

**Responsibilities**:

- As Concierge, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:_
- _ Patient registration._
- _ Greet and check patients in._
- _ Track new patients._
- _ Reach out to patients when they are late._
- _ Communicate with clinical team for new patient tours._
- _ Deliver exceptional customer service_

Qualifications:

- _High school diploma or equivalent required._
- _ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite._
- _ Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred._
