Position Overview

Adamas Building Services is a premier organization dedicated to offering property managers exceptional White Glove Services tailored to meet all property requirements around the clock. With a comprehensive suite of services for both residential and commercial luxury properties, Adamas is committed to surpassing client expectations.

We are currently seeking six outstanding Concierges who possess experience in luxury residential environments. As a leader in the Residential Services sector, our company manages properties across New Jersey and has openings available.

Work Schedule: Flexible Availability

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in the following areas:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Welcoming residents and guests to ascertain the purpose of their visit.
  • Guiding guests and visitors to their designated locations
  • Managing check-ins and announcing arriving guests.
  • Handling packages and deliveries
  • Addressing and resolving complaints from residents and guests.
  • Performing basic administrative tasks: answering phones, faxing, copying, etc.
  • Assisting with laundry duties such as folding and washing towels
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the assigned work area.

Qualifications:

  • RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST
  • Prior experience in a Front Desk or Office setting is required
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
  • Physical capability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to stand and work for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment including multi-line telephones, printers, and copiers.
  • Dependable, punctual, and flexible with work hours.
  • Must successfully pass comprehensive background checks.
  • Support the organization's vision, mission, and core values.

  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, with a 40k match after one year of service.
