**Position Description**:
**Clinical Supplies Management Product Manager**

We are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and experienced technology product manager to join the Research and Development Sciences (RaDS) IT Product organization as the Product Manager of the Clinical Supplies Management Product.
- Define product vision, strategy, prioritization, goals, communication strategy, change management plans, and technology roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the product, business domain, and user base
- Conduct product discovery with multidisciplinary business and technology teams
- Ongoing product backlog management
- Know your customers and their needs; practice active stakeholder management
- Ensure the product offers valuable and viable solutions for scientists
- Possess financial acumen, and make sound data-driven decisions that create value

**Position Qualifications**:
**Education Minimum Requirement**:

- B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. in a chemistry or biology related scientific discipline or a technical discipline such as computer science.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum of 10 years experience as technology product manager working directly with R&D scientists, or in a scientific R&D leadership role with experience related to process development or clinical supplies manufacturing
- Proven strategic thinker with an eagerness to learn as needed to effectively solve problems
- Strong communication skills with ability to align a team on complex multidisciplinary decisions
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills, especially in a matrixed team environment
- Self-starter with advanced prioritization skills, with drive towards data-driven decisions
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Spotfire or PowerBI, and Agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban etc.)

**U.S. Hybrid Work Model**

Expected salary range:
$135,500.00 - $213,400.00
