**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated receptionist to be stationed and available to assist members at our designated medical center.
**What You'll Do**:
- Greet and navigate members entering the medical center to ensure member satisfaction
- Manage phone system by addressing callers’ inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve members’ inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and schedule member’s appointments as indicated on plan of care.
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments to generate authorization to members.
- Identify and engage to potential members about our services to drive membership growth.
- Work closely with broker relations and provider relations team on membership growth initiatives.
- Support marketing team with any members outreach projects.
- Assist in making outbound calls for members’ outreach.
- Handle filing and data entry as assigned.
- Highly motivated and possess strong communication skills
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution of higher learning required.
- 1+ year experience in customer service/ member service required.
- Bilingual: Chinese/English is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to express clearly and concisely.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook etc.)

- Experience in a managed care setting or medical clinic is strongly preferred.

- The total compensation target pay range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
